At manager and at teacher referent,
I am pleased to report that the school was admitted to the finals of the 9th International Festival of the School to be held in San Nicandro Garganico (FG), 11 to 15 April 2011. (See schedule attached)
I am attaching the program and the proposed accommodations.
Schools should send via e-mail to the secretariat of the festival segreteria@anapie.it by March 10, 2011:
a) - the declaration of willingness to participate in the Festival. (Regulation, Article 6, lett.F says: "The awards are to be withdrawn from the winning schools or their delegates on the evening of the awards ceremony. Prizes not collected will not be shipped);
b) - the annex to the proposed hotel, completed by those who should benefit from this service;
c) - a group photo of participants will be included in the brochure and the newspaper (jpg image).
d) - the communication of the means of transport to be used to reach the city of festivals.
e) - the list of participants (name date of birth)
NB
a) - It is recommended to meet the deadline of March 10, 2011.
b) - the hotel will be assigned in the order of arrival of the reservation. Latecomers will be awarded to hotels not affiliated with the Festival with higher prices.
c) - The foreign schools who need the official invitation should immediately send a list of people attending the Festival with dates of birth.
